Personally, I just keep a good coat of wax on my car and wash it a couple times a week. Keeping it waxed makes the bugs and other gunk easy to wash off. I dont use bug & tar remover, but I'm sure it cant hurt...although I'm not sure it doesn't strip the wax off the paint.

Turtle wax bug&tar when it's needed... But like mentioned, a good coat of wax will make cleaning off bugs/tar a lot easier. As well, try and clean them when they're fresh. Letting them sit on the paint for a lont time will only make it harder to remove.

like most seem to here I also use turtlewax, it does a good job when needed but most the time it isn't needed if you are good about washing and waxing your car.:D

heres the best thing u could do, get a cloth wet it and put some baking soda on the cloth, rub the cloth together untill u have this paste looking stuff, than wipe the bugs off, works really well and dont strip the wax, ( wash car when doing this)

WD-40!!!!! :D It actually does work, but it leaves a greasy look. It works great on tar and bugs though.
