Stupid question

Ya this is a stupid question and I think I may have even PM's shawn about this one once already...

On one forum I visit I have my total post count under my user name in the left pane when I post up in the forums. Is there a way we can do this? I think it's cool.

If you want to see a persons post count you can go to their profile. I mean whats the point anyway? I think Shawn trys to limit the amount of space used to make post as small as possible for everyones viewing pleasure. :D

... yes, it can be done (in fact it is very easy to do if I recall correctly) ... anyway, we stopped showing post counts in this fashion years ago as members started to frequently try and just increase their post count with meaningless posts instead of submitting valued information ... in my opinion, if you want to see your post count (or other for that matter as well), you can simply do as Joe indicated :)

go to the memeber list and click on posts and it will sort by top posters...
