Reputation indication!
Next to the Online/Off line indicator there is another icon, if you put your cursor over it a help "balloon" pop up comes up..."Add to <insert name> reputation".
Kind of like a way to see what rep the person has on the forums, for instance Rixgraphics (not sure on spelling) has a great rep because of all the great diagnosis he gives out.

its reputation. if you feel like someones made a valid point in what they were saying you can add to there rep.
