theres alot of info about this posted, use the serach button.

Depends on boost levels, but you should be able to run around 8lbs on a stock motor.

Beyond 8psi or so, a full rebuild with aftermarket pistons and rods will be needed, head work is optional but you will benifit more when running boost. Possibly a stonger head gasket, and so on, like i said this stuff has been posted.

What do you consider hard? Is welding hard? fabricating parts like charge pipes and turbo manifold?

Turbo, chargepipes, intercooler, wastegate, blow off valve, fuel mods (injectors, possibly fuel pump, and so on..) tuning software or someway to tune like a FMU, Wideband 02 and gauge to read it along with other gauges. Then random nuts and bolts, turbo oil line.

Off the top of my head i dont know the specs of that turbo, but i think its a small T3 which might not be ideal for the LD9. When selecting a turbo, it all depends on what kind of boost you want to run, and so on. Theres some math involved in this (google these equations).

i planed on running a 57 trim t3/t4 hybrid on my setup, but i did the smart thing and just bought a factory turbo car.

If you want more than 270hp+ think about building the motor for longevity sake. If you think about wanting more than 350hp, PM me and we can talk.
