2.4L cam question

would it be better to add an intake or exhaust cam to a 2.4 twin cam with a short ram intake,a cat back exhaust,and a header?it has to be one or the other because i cant afford both.thanks

with the amount of work it takes to get in there you should do both. Check out the secret cam swap you can normally pick up a pair for about 100 bucks or go to a JY and might be even cheaper.

i take it by add, you mean replace. What do you want to replace your current cams with? Secret cams? LVL Zero/JBP cams? LGO cams?

I would always start with a cat-back exhaust system when modding a stock Quad 4/Twin Cam.
