what would i need to do besides gat a turbo and an intercooler do i need forged pistons and what kind of software is needed fot the ecu

Start researching... boost is not for you until you understand how each and every component works, and which will work best in your setup. First and foremost, there is no turbo manifold on the market for the 2.3 GA, so you will need to fabricate this.

There is no software... the 94-95 OBD1.5 PCM has not yet been retuned. Piggyback (S-AFC + MSD) only, or need to convert to standalone engine management.

Matt is right, do a lot of researching and understand each aspect of a turbo, intercooler, boost controller, and the even deeper aspects of boosting a car that doesn't have aftermarket parts readily available like honda/acura. trust me, its a long teidious process finding all the parts and piecing everything together, i got parts around for about 2 years, finnaly got most of them, then my car got totaled. so i did the smart thing i just got a car that was twin turbo from the factory.
