Call and make your reservation ASAP... Leanne blocked off 30 rooms - 18 double queens and 12 kings, please specify smoking or non because they have a LOT more smoking than the non although they will do everyting they can to air it out all you have to do is request that. So for that weekend at $69.95 for 2 double beds or king (king beds are brand new) these rooms are originally around $109.95.

If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior.

This includes indoor pool, spa, free high speed internet in the rooms, refrigerator, coffee pot, continental breakfast in the morning.

When you call & make your reservation it is blocked under the name of ClubECM OR Group number 102373 - you can use either or. Group rate ends on August 1st, 2008

For those who remember the area... it is the hotel behind the restaurant The Butcher Block and Dunkin Donuts.

PM Leanne if you feel she left anything out or if she can answer any questions.

Also, there are a handful of volunteers to take the room next to the conference room, if thats the case either let Leanne or the person making your reservation know.

Hey guys, it's been a long, long time since I've been on the forums. I'm going to work to try to get there this year. Asked for the week off and everything. Are there hotel rooms left at this point? I know it's kind of late... If not, is there any camping sites in the immediate area?

I'm sure you'll have plenty of time... the general trend is people procrastinate reservations until may/june. I don't recommend it, but point is there should be plenty of rooms available.

Awesome, thanks for the advice and heads up. Now I just need to see if I can make sure and get the week off. As soon as I do, I'll probably see if I can book the room. So, if I'm reading this correctly, it's $70 a night for 3 nights, right?

Yes, but add $5-10 a night for tax, etc.

As opposed to the $110+ a night without the discount, that's great. You can pretty much count me in. I'll probably end up calling the hotel next week and make the reservation. It's not that hard to get to is it? If Google Maps are telling me correctly it's right off I-87 on Rte 5....

Really easy... yes, like a mile directly off the highway.

Just look for Dunkin Donuts on the left, there is a traffic light at that intersection (Locust Park on the right and Jupiter Lane on the left) Turn on to Jupiter Lane then make your first left into the parking lot. :)

If you look for the Dunkin Donuts you'll miss it... comes up quick. I look for that restaurant (Butcher Block) in front of the hotel.

Does anyone wanna split the cost of a room with me?

Can I order the room online and still get the same group rate? I went through and couldn't seem to find where I could put in our group number or name. Any advice would be great.

I drive through the restaurant parking lot to avoid the light.

Same here... that left arrow comes on once a decade and lets only a couple cars through at a time.
