3400 Swap

i have a 02 ga with a 2.2 and im planning on putting a 3400 in it what all would i need to get(tranny, computer, and what all else)

i would stay with the engine you have and use the money for swaping the engine toward parts for the 2.2. It seams to be easier to get power out of that engine. Most of the faster turbo charged grand ams are 2.2's I wish I lived closer to you, I would trade my transmission and engine with you.

i would find another 2.2 ecotec if i was you. you can find them pretty cheap i think...look for them out of 2000+ cavaliers/sunfires

Get another Ecotec, or purchase a used GA that already has the 3400.
