any suggestions? any at all

The first place you should look is the Wall of Shame for performance mods. Those are the ones that you are the target audience of. It should also be noted that they don't work.

whats "low cost" mean to you?
For some that might mean $50, others might say $100, or even $500.

cheap and power really should not be used in the same sentance.
have you ever heard the saying you got to pay to play.
200 will get you a cold air intake and yeah i cant think of anything else

I could do a cat back exhaust for $200.

You're usually looking at starting off with a cold air intake. Following that people like to do a cat back. That's where the "cheap" label usually stops. Headers are nice but a bit more than 200 bucks unless you get a sick deal.

^ i agree. Your best bet would be acold air intake for the 200 your looking to spend. however thats about it as far as mods go for under 200 that actually work. Make sure you check out the hall of shame as there are ALOT of products out there that do nothing for you or worse can mess things up and cost you ALOT more money down the road.
