5th gen also. i just talked tothe guy ome more and he told me that he had a guy buy one for his 96-98 and he didn't have any issues . so i might be getting mine soon . i'm just waiting to see if the m62 manifold is really going to get made first . i would like to stay supercharged but if i get sick of the m45 i might just sell that and start piecing a kit together

Should be pretty cheap on a ld9. Ive seen some built for under 2k. With this it should only be way easier.

sites like that bring back bad memories of the exploitedracing days. Hopfully however, they arent anything like them.

Everything on that site reeks of Exploited Racing. If so... stay away... far away, or your money will disappear and you'll get nothing.
Personal experience: Exploited Racing was the only internet-based company to ever rip me off. Luckily it was a $70 flange/spacer and not a $300 turbo manifold or $3000 turbo kit like some of those duped on J-body.org.
I removed the link, not because I have a problem with it being posted, but because I don't want to see others scammed. I'd consider it almost as risky as giving your CC info to one of those "your Paypal account needs verification" phishing emails.
Guys if you really want a turbo manifold for an LD9. Just search on ebay, they pop up from time to time. They're all log style, and they're all going to do the same thing, and the differences are negligable.

True... just remember that it'll require some cutting/hacking to make that work on a pre-99 N-body.

oh those pesky pre-99 n-bodies... I really need to have a close look at one to see how cramped they are by the firewall.

Sent PM. Exploited also changed their name a few times (I can see why), so there's a chance you may have yet another site bookmarked. They all follow the same basic look/organization... and carry nearly the same type of parts (manifolds, flanges, etc)

It isn't so much the firewall, but the steering rack is conveniently right in the way if you orient the turbo downwards like on your setup. If it wasn't for that, I'd be running a turbo myself.

That's even more of a pain in the arse. I know I could think of something to remedy that, if given a car to fool with. :-\ bummer.
