2002 pontiac grand prix - need help!

My ABS and trac off light came on and I don't have my owner's manual....what does this mean? (It happened right after a large noise when coming to a stop) Also - i just replaced my front brakes last month.

well... this isnt a GP forum and solutions to problems wouldnt be stated in the owners manual anyway, but i'll be nice and tell you that its probably your wheel speed sensor that crapped out seeing as how your ABS and TRAC OFF lights are on and that specific sensor contributes those signals to the PCM. Problem Solved.
