i just bought a gt engine computer and im wondering if i can just remove my se computer and put in the gt one. will it work correctly??? is there anything else i have to do first??? all info would be greatful! thanks.

AFAIK, it will not work. The final drive ratio of the GT is dofferent than that of the SE, and that creates a problem. If you're wanting to do computer work, an ASE reprogram may be a better option.

If you upgraded to the GT final drive ratio of 3.29 :1 using a 4T45E transaxle from a donor GT car , it would work . You'd have a bit better launch as well as a stronger tranny . But it would be a spendy way to go $ $ . :D
