i was backing up got stuck in the snow behine a snow plow and the guy run into me not checking his mirrors. he hit my ds rear door fender and bumper. its going to cost his boss $2700 and now the owner of the truck is trying to blame me and is saying you should not be moving around a plow. i tried telling him the plow was not moving at the time but he keeps going on.the only good thing is the door was peeling bad so free paint job.

One tip I learned from a truck driver: Keep a 35mm disposable camrera in your glove box. That way, if you get into a fender bender like that, you can take pictures just incase you need evidence for a dispute.
Many trucking companies around here require their drivers keep one in the truck, and require that if in a wreck, they use it until it runs out.

My insurance rep gave me the same advice. I took that advice, and have a disposable camera in the glovebox of every car we have. It has come in handy once, when I was in an accident on the interstate. My brake line blew right as 65mph traffic came to a dead stop. I eventually stopped, but it required the help of a pickup truck. I'd have been in one hell of a mess if I didn't have that thing to show the trail of brake fluid leading up to the accident.
