would a 2.5'' crush bent cat back be the same(in the end)as a 2 1/4 cat back?cause i plan on removing the resonater,free flow muffler,and w/e size pipes.thanks
would a 2.5'' crush bent cat back be the same(in the end)as a 2 1/4 cat back?NO , crush bent pipe still has restrictive crimps in the pipe . Mandrel bends are smooth with no reduction in diameter and flow better . Unless you use stainless pipe it will rot out quicker also . Go for 2.25 or 2.5 mandrel bent ... :D

www.mpracing.org sells mandrel bends. Just look under your car and see what bends you need buy them and take them to a shop to get them welded together. Thats how I did my exhaust because nobody did mandrel bending. Just be sure to buy a straight length of pipe too so that your system will all be made from the same material.

I think PTE said you need 4 45* bends and two 90* bends.

Muffler chains usually have a pressure bending machine... I would try calling around. Pressure bends will be fine (Mandrel = expensive, hard to find shops) but I'd avoid the crush-bends.
