a trick 02 sensor for my 02 GAGT? I got the Cat cut, and the damn check engine light being on due to only the rear sensor not reading right due to a lack of CAt is highly annoying.

Try this site >> http://www.o2sensorsimulator.com/
You can also do an internet search. There's dozens of sites.

that site does not sell them, but i went on a hnt now knowing the proper term for this item, and came up with the following site, which sells these sensors simlators.
http://mountain-mods.com/site/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=1
so if ya got a higher flowing exhaust and it is causing that pesky check engine light to trigger, this is the thing for that rear sensor, which, when going off not only sends an error code but the PCM changes the air fuel ratio. this lil baby restores the right air/fuel ratio and in turn, increases horsepower done right with no 02.
btw i reccomend only doing this in track applications.

You might want to watch what sites you are buying them from. There was a HUGE story about a FL performance shop that is getting fined by the EPA (or some other agency) for selling them. Plus they are trying to get their records and going after customers that bought them.
Also on a GA the post cat O2 doesnt do anything performance wise. It just tells the PCM if the cat is working in the correct perimeters or not. Doesnt change anything at all other then the light. The PRE cat O2 is the one that does all the changes which is why when that one starts to go out people get horrible performance and MPG.

I remember a thread about welding a bung onto the exhaust pipe and installing the sensor there. It took it out of the exhaust stream which kept the SES off.
It has pictures of the parts needed and such. I just don't remember what forum it was on.

Just because someone bought one that doesn't mean they used it.

No just a guy that doesn't want to loose freedoms, and ability to purchase/obtain, certain chemicals to work on cars due to the hugest lie ever. I have already seen a thread on a website how canada is not allowing racing fuel at the beginning of the new year of 2008. I have heard things on tv about how they will eliminate oil based paint, yet the jet aircraft will still be dumping fuel and the counties will still be using it on bridges etc. and you will get to use water based junk paint on all your stuff, won't that make a good engine paint? And we all know about the paint peeling off the older GM cars
yeah it was water colors.
That is what I'm concerned about. There is no problem in the environment if you have the $ to pay for your so called pollution. They want me/us to recycle our tin cans, yet at work I get to toss massive amounts of aluminum and steel and other metals in the garbage all the time. My brother has saved tons of lawnmowers and tools and other such stuff from going to a land fill, and that is just one place he frequents. Theres untold thousands of tons of good metals dumped in land fills everyday. If I put a peice of steel in my recycle container they just dump it in the garbage I watched em do it, yet a tin can is fine.
Its all very upsetting.
As far as the O2 deal, here in my state if you don't pass the emission test you can get it wavered if you prove you paid an emission specialist I think its $300 to fix it and he cann't fix it, then you get a waiver, and its still polluting the same, but you proved you emptied your wallet, so get the point?
