Fog light problems 99GA

Ok, ive been trying to get all the lights up and running again and ive got everything but the fog lights. I flip the switch and see the little light on the button come on and hear a click in my dash, but no lights. I try it with bright on and off but no bueno. Any ideas?

... check the fuse as I think the relay and 'light' will still function with a blown fuse.

Not trying to sound stupid but, is the foglight fuse in the block or in line?

My manual shows a single fuse running everything including the light and relay so it's probably not that. If they have never worked since you bought the car, there is a good chance that both bulbs are blown. The other possibility is that the ground is no good. The manual shows both bulbs going to a common ground point so I would try and follow the wires and see if you can tell where the ground is.
