DRL's in 1999 GA

I don't know if there is already a thread on this, but i was wondering how I could disable the DRL's on my 99 GA

Were is the BCM located lol i'm not sure were to find these wires?

It's in the passenger foot well above where thier feet are. You can get to it by either removing the plastic panel up in the foot well or by removing the glove box and looking down at the BCM from above.
