Back lights

I can't figure out how to turn the lights at the back bottom of the car on(in the pic below) does anyone know? because i looked in the manual and everything and could't find anything about them. Thanks in advance, ~Mike

Those are your reverse lights they have them on the tail light and lower bumper so it lights up the area behind your car so you can see. The only way you can turn those lights on is by putting your car in reverse. So the best thing you can do is turn your key to the on position than put your car in reverse and they will come on

Thats the Flip Flop trunk mod...You can do it basically free if you have most of the parts already,if you want i have instructions on how to(the car that is used in the instructions isn't a GA but the mod itself is universal) and i could send you them,you can always return your trunk back if you don't like it,just remember how the hinges were b4 you adjusted them. Just PM me your e-mail address.

Thanx for the reply on my lights, i have put the emergency break o and put my car in reverse to see if they come on but they don't, only the lights on Tailights does, could it be a blown fuse or something?........Yeah thats the flip flop trunk, thats not my car but there is a site on the net where i got that car pic from and it has alot more info: http://www.flipfloptrunk.com/index.htm

I'd say you have some burnt out bulbs or be bulbs aren't making a proper connection to the sockets. But they should come on with the reverse lights. Do some checking with a multi-meter to see if you get voltage to the soclets with the car in reverse.

ok, i went outside and took the lights bulbs out of the socket and put them back in and they work now, so i guess they were just loose, thanks for the help
