Whats the best way to get all that gunk off your steering wheel and turn signal stalks? I guess its just sweat/oil from your hands that builds up over time but it looks gross

Armor All worked fine when I had this problem. Im sure it was alot worse on my 94 then it is on your spec. ;)

I used windex and a cloth..Came off with no problem, Armor All might make the wheel slippery and you could loose control of the wheen when turning.

I've always used a product called Spray Nine for stuff like this. Works very well.

yeah, i would think any kind of semi-harsh cleaner would work. i'd try a warm, soapy rag first though

I was thinking that Joe used Armor All brand cleaner. Armor All protectant shouldn't be used on steering wheels.

As with anything you clean, start with something mild and work your way up. If it's leather covered, use leather cleaner so it doesn't dry out. If it's plastic, something like windex is a good place to start.

Its leather wrapped yes I use protectant on it (not armor all) but it doesnt clean it just keeps it nice looking, I'll try some leather cleaner

I use magic erasers on just about everything on the interior.

The steering wheel ussually shreds the eraser but its no biggy, just vacumm it up when your done.

To be honest, most surfaces shred them  But they do work wonderfully though.

I'll parrot the suggestion for the magic eraser. Yup, they'll shred. But damn do they work wonders for the interior!!! :thumbup2:
