I am Adam!!!! I bought my 1999 Pontiac Grand AM SE in July of 2007..... It has now about 150,000 on it, with the engine being rebuilt at around 141,000. It originally was having a major misfire problem, and we werent exactly sure what was cauing it, but found out finally that it was the Crank Sensor was broken. The guy I bought it from was supposed to fix it so he did that but the other stuff he fixed before we found that out broke it within a week. He had also replaced the oil sensor because he broke it but only put a sleeve on the other oil leak so it was leaking oil onto my harmonic balancer and brand new crank sensor. I had that all fixed for about $262 total and shes doing a lot better now but shes far from being great. I want to replace the interior because its trashed, paint the car from white (terrible color when u live in a big construction zone in florida!, replace the exhaust tip and catalyc (sp?) converter, and she needs new rims/brakes/maybe rotors/shocks/maybe struts after that I think I will be happy and then will start to do different things to her!! I work at a supermarket well known in the southeast states of Florida, Georgia, S. Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama named Publix.. I currently and a cashier, bagger, custodian, and grocery clerk. I am attending college in hopes of attaininga degree in web design, and a minoring in Music Education. From there I hope to work for my stepdads employer (Microsoft)!!
