I have the same pod and gauges as Kelly. They're Autometer Z-Series Volt & Oil Pressure. We wanted something close to the factory look. VDO gauges are even closer.

I've got the Pewter interior in my '03. My '99 had the somewhat rare 'Camel' interior, and I also had a Lotek gauge pod in it.

The Camel interior was discontinued after 1999. I really liked it, and find the Pewter and Taupe to be very bland in comparison. I guess it's safe to say it's fairly rare, as not everyone likes tan like that, and it was only offered for a few years (It was available on the 4th Gen as well). I had it with black, but it would also look good with red.

Showing both the interior and exterior:

I had the option of having that color in my '99 when I bought it as there were two identical cars, one with and one without ... I preferred it but the wife didn't so of course, we didn't get it ;)

You need the Pewter colored pillar then.

If you want some good looking gauges that match the stock interior go with Stewart Warner Maximum Perfomance Series gauges. You can buy them on Summitracing.com. They light up through the back so I went to superbrightleds.com to get some nice red LEDs for them.

They are the same ones that this guy used for his car. Im running trans temp, oil pressure, and fuel pressure. I also have a 2 5/8s gauge for boost.

NOT MY CAR (but same gauges that I have):

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2316217/3

LED's I used (plug and play, no resistors needed):

http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini-wedge.html

WLED-x5 LED Wedge Base Bulbs

5-LED super wide angle 194/168 wedge base bulbs
4 radially mounted 3mm LEDs emit most of the light from the sides of the bulbs
1 High Flux LED emits from the end of the bulbs
These bulbs are non-polarized

I had to squeeze the outer LEDs in just a bit so they would fit into the back of the gauges but they look super nice!
