Hello

I am new to this site and I am very frustrated with the Pontiac dealership today. I have this ticking noise in my dashboard and was told it was just my hazard lights going out. I got that replaced at $90. Then the guy tells me I need to get my multifunctional switch replaced at an additional $374. Can you believe this!!! I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am SE V-6. It seems like there would be some kind of recall. I only have 39784 miles on this car.:mad:

Welcome to the GAOC. Sorry to hear about the problems but have you considered checking the local salvage yards for the parts you need. Maybe even post in the "Items wanted" section since there are a few GA's here being parted out.
