I am new to the forum and got a problem that has got a lot of people stumped. my 95 grand am is hard to start. it spits and spudders than trys to start. it sounds like it has a miss after it finally starts till i hold the gas and after a short time it will smooth out. it produces white smoke and backfires into the intake while trying to start it. it gives a code of 19/ crank position sensor, but that has been replaced recently and it was doing it before than. only sensor reading off is the TPS and it is just a hair off spec. after it starts the car runs fine with no problems and the car starts fine after the initial start till the next day and sitting over night. engine has maybe 52,000 miles and has regular maintenance on it...

so anyone have any ideas. i need some help.. thanks all

You are describing a ignition problem most likely. I would swap your you coilpacks and plugs this is how I fixed my 2.4 when it was doing the exact same thing. The plastic coilpack housing is very leaky.
