now that i've gotten the new bulb in i just can't seem to get the housing to go back in like the way it was before i took it out theres a gap under the housing i slide my fingers into OH and i broke the adjusters bolt thing off !! but it dident get turned so that shouldent matter ... right? i was thinking of pulling the the left clip up ,pushing the housing back in the hopes that it just dident catch at the bottom hope that works

Get the THIRD leg in there correctly (the one on the bottom). And if you broke the adjuster you many run into other problems.
