Are you sure there aimed correctly? If the headlights are aimed high it can make them look brighter than they suppose to be

maybe one was replaced when one burned out....

They're more than likely aimed wrong. My passenger side light looks 10x brighter than my driver's side because it's aimed totally wrong. That light shines on the roofs of two story houses! :lol:

Have you noticed where the lights shine at night?
