yeah i thought it might be that as well but i'm not sure, cause a guy that i work with knows someone who's getting him a new bumper for his GT for SUPER cheap and i said hey while you're at it see if he can get me an SC/T chin spoiler. so i just wanted to know what year it came out so i can tell him.

As far as I know the SC/T chin spoiler did not come with any marketed Grand Ams, it was provided as a non dealer aftermarket package. Only the hood and spoiler were factory options.

oh really? that sucks, but then why would they market it by calling it an SC/T chin spoiler and not just "Chin Spoiler" for 99+ Grand Am's you know???

the original sc/t concepts had the kits, along with the eaton supercharger.
sc/t = supercharged touring
The kit was reproduced and can be found on pfyc.com, and if you just want the lip customgrandam also has them.

yeah i know, they're like 250 or something like that. I was just wondering with all this. And i know there's one in the FS forum but i never really planned on getting one or anything like that. It just kinda came up and i was like sure what the Heck... Because the guy i work with hit a possum on whatever day it was negative degrees all day and shattered the lower half of his bumper by the fog light. anyhow he knows somebody, i'm not sure who, but he told him he could order a "GM" yeah i'm saying GM replacement bumper for him and is only gonna charge him $10. Yes that's not a typo $10 for it. so I jumped on that right away and was like $hit have him order an SC/T front spoiler for me and just say u want it for your car if that's gonna be super cheap too... So i just wanted to maybe get more info so it's easier for the guy to order, unless you can't even order something like that from GM, which i'm quickly learning that you can't.

Lol only reason I want him to see if he can get me one is I live right by him, i doubt hes going to want to shit such big items if they even come in boxes. Also as told earlier in the thread the sc/t kit was not made by gm

The kid talked to they guy for me and he said he was able to locate an SC/T chin spoiler for me...

However...

It has already been spoken for :((

and you know what really hits me in the nuts..... he was only gonna charge me $80
