Cold Air Intake

If I put a cold intake system in my 2001 SE, what kind of performance increase would I see? How difficult would it be to install? Also, what other engine mod could I best complement that with?

around 7-10 hp. it wouldnt be too difficult, but you would need to cut into the fenderwell, no biggy, i did it on mine. and too best complement it would be a bigger throttle body and a ported intake manifold.
