my 00 Civic Si...back from the dead....

A few months ago (november 17th to be exact) I was in an accident with my daily driver 00 Milano Red Civic Si.

Well I just got it back this past monday and I really couldn't be much happier with the results. Just finished installing new OEM honda Fog lights and 8000K hi.low HID kit. I also reuphulstered the arm rests on the door pannels in red tweed as well as the center console lid. Next I'm just waiting on a new OEM honda mud flap, and OEM Honda Center caps for the new wheels.

That's pretty much the only Civic I'd ever be happy to own. The newer hatch Sis are ugly.

Definately the nicest of all the Si models in my opinion. The really disturbing part is this car gets more attention then my Grand Am...and The grand am is my show car and has ALOT more invested in it!

I can safely say Im done working on this car. aside from maintenance and repairs. My next daily driver is going to be a grocery getter 4 door family car..... maybe. :lol:

The shifter is differnt, i think they call it rally shifter or something idno? but its sick, up by the radio kinda. i was going to buy it from him since he sold it at a dealer didnt get a chance to. but hey nice DD thankfully ur losing the foglights nice!

Well... the DD is what you sit in all the time, so of course you're going to pay attention to it.

They both have been parked side by side and the Civic draws more people to it. Thats what I'm saying. Stock appearing car and a clearly modded car. Stock car gets more looks. haha h well I own them both and theyboth do turn heads. Regardless of how many heads get turned.

The newer civic hatches are absolutely disgusting! They look like an egg not a car! :lol: And The fogs have been added, not removed. I still have some painting to do (front grille needs to be painted black as well as the "vents" near the fogs) They'll look a little better then.

The yellow fogs are actually Genuine Honda Accessories parts. They are very OEM...just not in the US. :)
