I do not believe there are any companies out there making intakes for the 3300 engine, so you'll have to custom make one. Try asking in the 3300 engine section of the forum to see what others have done.
Intrax and Eibach both make lowering springs for '93 GAs. There may be a few other companies that make lowering springs, but Intrax and Eibach are the most popular. Here are their websites:

If you're going to install new springs you should also look at putting in some new shocks and struts at the same time since they'll have all that stuff taken apart anyways. Definitely put in new ones if they have never been replaced on your GA before.
Hope this helps you. :)

Eh don't mess with the MAF screen. Some people have problems doing it and some people don't. I fortunately didn't have any problems after I removed my screen.

Heres an experiment for you to do before considering removing the MAF screen.
Go to the bathroom sink with a flatheaded screwdriver. First turn on the water to see how it flows. Now, stick that screwdriver up into the faucet head and remove those 3-4 screens in there. Turn on the water again. See? The waters pretty choppy!
All you willl get with removing the screen is what is commonly called among the gear heads as "butt dyno", or Glutious dynomis in Latin. You may FEEL like somthing has happened, but the gain is unmeasurable, or most cases, worse.
