still having problems with my windows

I had the little white plastic peices in the window bust on me.. so i ordered new ones and got them installed.. the only thing is i think there is still something messed up with my windows..

It rools up extremely slow like something is dragging on it, and when its all the way up there is a gap towards the back of the door, about a quarter inch wide.

it's almost like the window slid down on the cables and won't roll all the way up.

Bring it back to the shop that installed the clips

probably just replacd the clips. now you will have to take it back to the shop and make them order you the motor / regulator / track piece (it looks like a blocky sideways 8, with the left and right ends being the track part, and then the rest cables with the motor. if they try to charge you, tell them that they faultily installed it, and should be at no cost to you, and if they try, then file charges against them as they did very shoddy work that did not fix the problem. case closed, and good luck
