So my water temp guage isn't working and i initially thought it was the sensor, I replaced the sensor and I 'm driving around and nothing happens and the engine is plenty warm, so it must be the guage itself, but i would have to replace the whole instrument cluster, so should i change it and hope thats it, or could i test the sensor plug to see if theres a current, and if there is then replace the cluster right? if not a current then what?

Are you positive you replaced the correct sensor? There are 2:

yes i have both of the connectors like in the picture, but theres only one sensor the one to the ecm, and i looked all around there for that other plug to connect to, but no luck, but i did suspect that plug had to go some where so mines missing that sensor for the guage, maybe when the person before got the engine for the swap someone might have plugged the hole.
