location of transmission modulator

I'm trying to find the modulator on my 92 GA, 2.3 quad 4 (vin d)

I'm burning trans fluid but I can't find the darn thing!

What do you mean you're 'burning transmission fluid'??

Your tranny doesn't have a Vacuum Modulator.
Rather, there's a TV (Throttle Valve) cable that goes from the Accelerator Control Assembly (throttle body mechanism) to the top front of the tranny, and it controls a linkage inside the tranny valve casing.
It serves the same duty as a vac modulator.
