Can anyone help me? I've been looking for performance parts for my 1992 GA, 2.3L Quad OHC, but i have had no luck... Headers, Super/Turbo chargers, Exhaust systems... ANYthing.
Thanks

If the information i have requested is unavailable, then how about... Dropping a 3.3L v6 into my GA? or Electric Turbochargers ( http://www.geocities.com/torquewind/whatisit.html )?

proablly the most easy and cheapest thing would be to covert the Quad OHC engine you have, which is the worst version of the Quad4, not powerful, and prone to more problems etc... to a DOHC version, do a search there are a few threads about it, basically you keep the block and most of the internals the smae, not sure about the manifolds, it would be listed in the post.

Doing that, depending if you have an auto (you would want LO Quad4 parts) or a 5spd (then you would want HO parts) you could up the power to 160hp/160ft lbs. tourqe (Q4 LO) or 180hp/165ft lbs. tourqe (Q4 HO)

the HO is not worth having with an auto, becuase the power band is higher in the rpm band, and an auto can not take advantage of it, while the LO Q4 has less power, but at a lower rpm, so around town it may feel more powerful becuase it is in the range the auto would work best in.

That would be alot more easy then switching the whole engine to a V6

I have just heard too many bad things about the OHC version, Quad4 DOHC is much better
