I am simply informing people that over the past couple of months I have recieved sub par car washes from the FULL CIRCLE AUTO WASH on Mcdowell and Dysart. I have been a customer of this establishment for years and spoke very highly of it. ONly reason I have dealt with the sub par service is because I hoped to see it turn around. I drive from 91st and Glendale to get there because I wanted to be a loyal customer. I will no longer be attending this establishment and would suggest others to seek other places or simply wash your car yourself.
If you go there and feel they do a good job, that is fine. Just wanted to share some info.
To whome it may concern,
My name is Chris Villescas. I have been attending your Avondale establishment since it opened a few years ago. I typically average 3-4 car washes a month. I have taken many of my personal vehicles as well as referred many of my friends vehicles to your business there. I live on 91st ave and Glendale and pass 2 other credible car washes to come to your location.
I am sending this to inform you that I will no longer be your customer at ANY Full Circle Wash. After attending your place of business today, I recieved my final sub par wash. I typically purchase either VIP or WORKS washes. This morning I purchased a WORKS wash. After my car had gone through your automated wash, it sat in line for roughly 10-12 minutes before someone began to dry it. WIth the ever increasing heat in AZ, the water obviously dried on the car. I noticed that without alerting your staff in the hopes they would see the obvious dry spots and clean them. Sure enough they did not and waived me over.
The car had multiple dry waters spots all over the sides and on the trunk. I requested the girl to cover most of them, however I was in a very large hurry. They also did a Sub par job blowing out the rear view mirrors (which I sent you guys a notification about that, it was never addressed). Upon driving off, I had water shooting across the side of my car. I had to come home and practically RE-WASH my car.
Upon sitting in my car, my seat was COMPLETELY out of whack. They had completely adjusted my seat out of my comfortable seating position. As we ALL know, we set our drivers seat for optimum comfort and sometimes it takes awhile to find that perfect spot. Well my seat was completely re-adjusted which caused me to have to adjust all my mirrors. I know this may sound petty to you and your staff, however I dont understand the need to adjust any of my personal settings in my car. The staff only drives it from the vacuum lane to the machine (maybe 20ft) and from the machine to the ramadas (another 30-40ft). DO they truly need to adjust my seat completely out of whack simply to go that far?
Lastly, I noticed your employee's like to speed rather quickly when driving others cars. Multiple times as they shift the cars up in line, they rev the motors and the tires give a little squeel. Now I know the floor and tires are wet, but you could easily coast 1 spot up. Im sure they wont loose any valuable drive time.
So take this message for what it is worth, but because of the sub par performance I will be taking my business to the car wash on Indian School and Dysart. I truly spoke highly of your establishment for YEARS, but the quality of work has truly gone down hill.
Thank you,
Your past customer....
