what would be better then 225/30/20 and not rub
Twentys don't belong on daily driven cars , any bigger than 18s and you're just looking for issues . Not only will big heavy rims degrade your performance , they look like crap ..... ;)

I agree that they definetly shouldnt go on a daily driver,,, but they still look good either way

Where is your rubbing coming from? Alot of the time you can fix these issues with slight modification.

I'm not rubbing at all full turn but i have 20 x 8.5 rims with 225/30/20 so it is streched width wise,, which i why i am thinkin 245/30/20 as they will widen my tread almost 1/2" and raise the sidewall 1/4" giver or take think it will work to make the rims lip not stick out from my tires. the tires sit mint in with the wells, just some people have said 35 series but by my calculations and measuring what i haveleft to my suspension i think 245/30/20 and want to make sure with all i can before spending another chuck on new tires after i just bought these 3 days ago,, already lsing a bit,,,,
some had said 235/35/20 with no full turn though,,, so not sure which way to go 235/35/20 245/30/30 or 235/30/30

Use the tire calculator in the main part of the suspension forum and compare those to stock height, see which throws off the speedo less.

have done so,,, as it sits, it is barely off,,, 245/30/20 is the widest (and proper width for tire) and keeping as close to orignal diameter as i can, 35 series jumps too high especially when i widen the tire which is my main concern now

instead of buying tires before you test them go to a local tire shop and tell them you're wanting new tires and want to test fit them first. shouldn't have a problem mounting up a tire to do a test fit.
then you're not out any cash and you can find out what size you're needing.
it's kinda hard to give you a tire size that will work. every tire manufacturer's sizes differ a little from each other.
i.e.: i had 255/50 goodyears and it took a 275/45 toyo to be close
