factory deck sub hook up

i was wondering how do i hook a sub and amp up using my factory cd player?

I have all of this in a handy how to booklet that is printable from Word, i can send it to you in email along w/ pics of my install and the 50 or so that i have done professionally just like it and are all working w/ no problems.
