crappy pic, but it was last second snapped real fast before my camera died. btw if anyone could help me figure it out, my camera will kill brand new batteries. dont know why, batteries used to last over a week, but now i put brand new batteries in, and i turn the knob to on and a red light will just flash to let me know its dead, and when im lucky i get it to turn on and i take a max of 2 pics and its dead. its really ticking me off, but here is the pic, ill get some with my phone maybe tonight:::

they are optx brand. got em for $100 new, so i was cool with it, but yea i wish they would come out more from the sides of the car. but up close their decently bright. no luck seing em on in daytime or with lights on though :(
and as for the camera, it was like $150 i think a while ago, 5mp kodak

I think most digital cameras suck all the juice out of brand new batteries, you need rechargable ones that are for digital cameras and they will last days not minutes

you are correct at the back tube, b/c i never installed it. s lil tricky for me to do as i have the dual exhaust and dont want to hurt the tube or the wiring, so im not too sure if im going to put it on. id love to, but ill see. if anyone else has put it on, if you would like to help me w/ how u did it, that would be cool :D
thanks, and 2 more pics of the neons in my new thread on the members ride section

If you want brighter results you'll need L.E.D. tubes. Mine weren't too bright either, at least on camera, which is why I'm considering swapping my red neons out for LED blues (after she's painted of course)

yea, i want to get some leds, but right now i have little money that im spending on other crap. but jw, do the led tubes show up in the daytime? because i see pics all over with people having extreme bright lights in the middle of the day or even under a street light, amd im like wtf, mine arent like that :(
but would led be viewable in the day? and would they be a little brighter if i mounted em farther out the side of the car? i have em mounted where the side skirts bolt on so i didnt have to drill.
