Someone suggested in another form to hook the aftermarkey HU 12V line to the raido fuse on the passenger side, however if I do this my radio will stay on even when the car is off which could be very bad for my battery with a amp hooked up.

Since I cant find/figure out when wire is for the ignition acc would it be safe to use the fuse on the drivers side that is for the PCM ACC?

Also Iv been searching the net for almost week now and I cant not find a wireing diagram for the stock radio wiring. As I said in another post, there are 10 wires on the plug that I have no idea what there for......

Does anyone have any clue what there for or where in the heck I can find a diagram for a 2001 car?

i have one. i got mine at autozone for about $15.00. or if you want to wait until wednesday my girlfriend will be back in town and the book is in her car. but if i were you i'd buy my own. they really are helpful sometimes. it gives you almost the entire tear down of the car. i believe mine is a Haynes but im fairly positive that Chilton's makes one also

Here is what you can do, if you don't have a 12V constant in the harness for hte new HU, run a 15A fused 16-18gau wire to the fuse panel on the DR Side and put in the fuse of the wipers or something to that extent, use the manual in the glv cmprt to find the meaning of each fuse, find a fuse that is either 10 or 20 amp built in to the car and that from common knowledge you would infer that that feature, such as windshield wipers or cruise or somthing to that extent will be on only when on, and not when off. It's easy
