Hey, I posted a while ago when I basically just got my car. I'm only going to post the picture of what the clear coat coming off looked like.

If anyone remembers I had the clear coat coming off on my left fender and was asking for different ways to fix it without getting it taken in. I fixed it a while ago but I just bought a new digital camera and wanted to use it .

Anyway this summer I plan on getting new shocks/struts because I'm getting crazy bounce, fixing that dent on the bumper, exhaust work at least mufflers, tint, and I don't what else. But my Spring break ends today and I don't have a job at school, so that stuff is going to have to wait a few months ;).

Just the back.

I tried to zoom in so you could see there is no clear coat peeling because I sanded and repainted that area of the fender. I just used Duplicolor Red and Clear spray cans to get it done quick. You can barely see the border with the real paint in the picture, it's easier to tell in person but you have to be like within 10ft of the area. I plan on having it actually painted once I get money though.

There is some cracking in the bottom/front/left side skirt that I have to figure out how to fix. This was there when I bought the car. Suggestions?

This however was not there when I bought the car, and I owe it to the giant rock at the YMCA that was on the side of my parking space. Sucks I didn't see it.

That's pretty much the only 2 things I've actually done to the car. Painted those, and bought a new deck. Just a entry level Sony Cd/Mp3 .

Nice work on the fender restore. Given the car's age plus your budget/life situation (college), there's nothing wrong with a little rattle-can solution.

As for the front bumper... try heating it up a tad with a hair dryer or carefully with a heat gun on lowest setting, and I bet you can push that out from the inside. The fascias are pretty resilient - once after letting down off jack I discovered one of my jack stands wasn't clear of the bumper. It deflected it upwards about 4 inches in that same spot. I heated it up, and it rebounded back to shape.

I'll try heating it up somehow and pushing it out next time I'm home for the weekend. Thanks for the advice.

Miles...uhh I'm at like 81,9XX something right now.
