Door Panel

Finally after fooling around tring to get the window right and the speaker right I am now ready to put the panel back on my 1994 GA SE. Only one problem......Well, two. One is I'm missing some pieces and I'm not sure what. I think I can either go to the salvage yard and pull a panel and collect the loose pieces OR go to a dealer and have them order what I'm missing.
Anyway, the other is the arm rest. It appears to be coming loose from the panel. The top flat part that is the actual arm rest is pulling away from the panel. What is the best way to reattach it? Hot glue gun? Thanks,Scott

If you need loose pieces to hold the panel onto the door, a third option is to go to the parts store and get some interior screws. They are a phillips head with a decorative washer.
