In the picture you see the blower fan in the top of the picture and you can see 2 (of the 3) 1/4" bolts that hold the fan in.

If you remove these 3 blower fan bolts, the fan drops straight down and the entire wall with the plug is completely visable and easily available. You don't have to stretch or lay upside down in the seat. The job of changing out the resistor is much simpler.

After the resistor change, the 3 bolts into the blower motor are easy to replace.
