installing underglow problems

my friend has a 2000 gagt 2dr and he wants to install underglow on it himself, possibly my help too. problem is, were not to sure on how to install it. its a pilot underglow kit from autozone, and he wants it so when the car is started, the lights go on. it came with a toggle switch, he wants it to easily shut off when about to hit the streets to avoid any problems with cops. so, anybody know where to attach the wires in the fusebox or where ever else to achieve this?

This was the first sort of mod I ever did when I got my first car 4 years ago. It's pretty straightforward. Point the wires towards the front of the car. I crimped the rear wire to the left wire tube, ran the right wire under the heat shield, and up to the engine bay and through the firewall. Hooked the 3 wires into the transformer under the dash, leaving the 4th one that was supposed to come from the rear for any other 12v application I needed. Hook the transformer into a switched 12v source and turn it on.
