Cleaning inside headlight housing

Is it possible to clean the inside housing of a headlight? One of mine is getting foggy...

Do I just need to buy new headlights?

I dont think they can be cleaned if they can it would probably be very hard
I just replaced mine on my 03 they run about 100 dollars each online they are not the genuine kind that come with your car but they are of good quality
and they make your car look brand new!! good luck
