Had my b day gift installed two days ago, little 16 yr old bug has yet another simple addition done..
Did something simple to dress up the intake as well.. I can't wait until this area is completed, need to wax my car after a rough winter but with the amount of dirt and dust flying around here, it's redundant.. anyway enjoy..

gagt518, it's a very subtle front lip I didn't want something of a snow scraper on the front of my car lol..
Hey Kelly! Long time no talk. :)

the lip is very subtle but in the second pic in, you can see it, it's the only part with the silver mesh in behind it.. follow the headlight down and voila, there it is. :)

I think that lip is prefect. Just a little something-something without it looking like a tacky trendy techno monster ready to devour stray animals. Stillen makes a simular lip kit for the Altima, too bad as of right now it's only for the coupe. If I get some extra cash I migh buy it and modify it to if the sedan.

Thanks Dave.. I don't know how much more I'll put into the civic, I thought I would be but with it aging like it is, it would be easy for a simple dent to write it off sadly.. Might just buy a new car in a year or two :) thanks for the compliments.
John, yes I was getting all itchy wanting to do something with it again, Cory went and bought a bunch of toys for his car, was hard not to do something with mine! That would be neat to see a modified lip for your car, and yes, something that doesn't pick up animals or any other road debris is a bonus lol..

Not really a fan of hatches...but you've done your's pretty nice. A little ricey for my taste...but to each their own.

:wtf:
Not trying to start something, but what do you consider "ricey" about this ride? nic the car looks great, definitely a lot cleaner looking than most others out there...

In MY opinion it looks ricey. When it comes to Honda's I prefer no lip kits and no projector headlights. I love when Honda's are kept simple with some sick motor work. And those fog lights....not feeling them at all.

I dont think it's ricey, however I would have done a couple things different.
I personally wouldnt put JDM on it, would have left it a sleeper. :)
As for the fog lights, I like them but with the dark projectors I would have a light with a dark lense or something. I think the ones on it would look alot better with stock headlights.
Either way I still think it looks like a fun little ride.

Thanks Jibs, Razor and John for the comments, Deggy I appreciate your opinion as well, but my stock headlights just screamed cheap to me.. I have the foglights on there because the projector lights have crap for output, so they really help at night.. and yes, to each their own. :) and it's a fun zippy little ride, we figure with the engine work and the mods done to it, it should have around 165 ponies to the crank.. (engine has roughly 150) so it's good for me until my next project car.
How's things going Jibs? Long time no chat..
things are going great, keeping busy with work...
Car looks fantastic for its age.
