I say no. I have a 03 tuscani( the yellow ones) bought the thing new and put 60,000km's on it. always have problems with the thing. Yes its under warrenty, but everyother time I drive it it has to go to the shop. And the thing rides like your in a wooden wagon with wood wheels. the old lady drives it now. Only thing I like about it is the 6 speed and the mirrors on the doors.(they make me feel like its a lambo....lol)
so I say keep the GA or get a PG GTP.

Seconding the GTP, get a competition group GP

If you get the tib and it is the tuscani edition ( whitch is only 2003. after that they are just the GT and GTS or something like that with less power) But like I said they are not reliable at all.

this one is just a gt with the MIN wide body as far as i know... so according to the dealer its only a GT... how are those as far as power goes or aren't you sure...

I'm not sure what the GT power is. I know the engine for them is out of their SUV line up. Should be a 2.7L and a 5 speed. I think after my limited edition the only ones with the 6 speed are the GTS or GTR. what ever they call them.

do you know if it was painted? the only Tuscani limited come in yellow. The ones they call a GT do come with the the tuscani badge. It will be a 5 or 6 speed and a V6, but the yellow ones have a higher powered engine, the speed limiter is not set and afew other things. Headers and exhaust for them is cheap on ebay, as well as intakes. they are a very fun car to drive, but I will never take mine on a the highway for long drives. rides way to hard and never know when it will fall aprt, but they are fun.
also look at the dash right above the radio and see if there are 3 small gauges there. should be a vaccume, volts, and one thats for fuel milage, but is really just another vaccume gauge

okay there are not 3 gauges there... so it must just be the gt... and i do not want to get rid of the GA but i am stuck with a 15.99% interest rate on it and have to get rid of it...

yeah this must just be a GT but it is in PERFECT shape... just needs some wider rims/tires to fill up that widebody..

the three gauges are only in the limited tuscani's. I know the GTs are fast, but nothing like mine. I do like the body kit on that one. looks good, but I would look for a GTP. Would be the same on gas as the Tib. its all up to you man. you like it buy it. there must be a reason why I never sold mine yet.

haha i do really like it... i also like the RIPP and ALPINE superchargers they make for the V6s that put them up around 300hp... but at $4000 thats kinda steap.. and as far as the GTP's go i am only 20 and my insurance on the GA alone is almost 500 a month and since i live on my own and pay all my bills (work 7 days a week) its harsh..

ya they are not cheap. Could do a turbo set up in the furture or something. you'll notice alot more pick up and go in that from the GA. Very fun cars. just not good daily drivers I think, but I like the softer ride like in the camaro and GA. is that the only car you looked at?

no there is also a celica i was looking at but that thing sits about 2 1/2 in off the ground and i just know that would end up costing me... not much around here for cars either... most everything is brand new...

I tested a celica GT or what ever they are called. got ablock away and turned around...lol
tested a mustang and didnt like it. tested afew other sprot compact cars, but fell inlove with that yellow tib. loved it this whole time even with all the parts that had to be replaced. I still like like the car and all, but I like a relaxed ride now...lol

depending on how much work is done to the engine, i had the 06 gt v6 fully loaded, CAI cat back. 6 speed, alot of problems man.
but i must say at 148mph the car handles flawlessly. i kid you not anyone who has owned the TIB will say the same thing. i say go for it, but beware they get weird with mods.
