Your only option is custom.
If your 2.3L is the SOHC model, don't bother. First either swap the motor or convert it to the DOHC spec.
If it has an auto trans, don't bother. Any power made will be out of the powerband used by the automatics. Swap in a 5 speed first.
If it's your daily driver/only car, don't bother. The engine will need to spend some time getting a mild rebuild (unless you plan on running low boost). Even if left stock, the time for fabrication and tuning will be much better spent without having to limit yourself so you can get to work the next day.
Fix these three things first, then report back. If you have a 5-speed DOHC model and this isn't your primary car, start reading. Quad4forums is a good reference, and there are several members here who are very knowledgable. Matt95GT knows a great deal about the Quad 4; spyhunter has one hell of a Quad 4 build... there are many others as well. You have a lot of research ahead of you if you want to pull off a successful turbo build.
