In all seriousness, probably a Sears automotive center.
If you watch the weekly ads, they usually have about 2 or 3 times during the summer a "free installation" weekend meaning you pay for parts only, no labor.
We got all the struts replaced on my fiancee's car during a free installation weekend. With the struts and alignment it came out to just a little over $425 for the Monroe Sens-a-tracs.
It would be much cheaper on your car since you have a 1996 which only has 2 struts and 2 shocks as opposed to 4 struts like my fiancee's Regal has. For you I'm guessing it would be about:
$90 each for the front
$30 each for the rear
$55 for the alignment
Total: about $300
You could probably get the struts and shocks slightly cheaper by going through a parts store and putting them on youself.
Partsamerica.com lists the Monroe Sensa-tracs at
$25 for the rear shocks and
$84 for the front struts
Of course you'd still need an alignment
Might I also suggest you check out the Monroe Reflex shocks and struts.
$108 for the struts
$35 for the shocks
The Reflex line is supposed to give enhanced ride over the sensa-trac for better handling and ride comfort.
Check out monroes web site.
