Parts are coming in!

Just got 2 boxes of parts in today. still have 5 or 6 things on the way.

Got my Amsoil air filter, tranny fluid, and some other small items.
Now I can start working on my engine bay. Going for a blue and silver look under the hood. Have some blue taylor wires on the way and getting some blue loom and what not. I'm also moving the battery to the trunk.

Please use the blue loom sparingly, putting it on every exposed wire usually screams tacky.

I hear ya. I'm not using lots of it, but just enough. dont want to do a over kill.

Nice, I might have to make a CCFL third brake light this summer if time permits, and I definitely need HIDs, my brother smoked a raccoon in my car and two deer have been hit with my mom's van. Damn woodland critters.

I hear ya. Thats why I bought the projector headlights. So I could get the HIDs. The GA headlights suck big time. I have more light output with my aftermarket fog lights then the stock headlights. I also really need to get my 4 bucket seats swapped and get a consel made, but after 2 weeks of nice weather today we just got 4 inches of snow and its cold again..lol

I bought a sony off Shadowguy from this site. Its new to me. its the ones that have the flat black screen. then flips around for the bottons. I wanted a clean looking H/U with red or white screen. and the price was way too good to turn down.

yep. they are good decks. not the best and they are a few years old, but for the price I payed. All my money is going into the 4 bucket seat set up and get them lowering springs in...lol

I didnt need the 3rd pod, but I got the A-piller from a friend, so I put my scangauge2 and my sat radio in there.

got the Third brake light from Jim installed just now.

I love it. It looks off in the pic, but its the same color as the brake lights, and I have my red lense painted silver.

Well that on the trunk is the last of the badges. I really want to get rid of them, the key hole and the third brake light. I have to weld up the holes form the spoiler this summer, so I might do that too. I just bought the car last fall, so it got cold out before I could finish..lol

I know how that goes. Winter slowed me down big time too and especially since I dont have much access to a garage. You could go as far as me and do the gas door and door handles too :)

not yet. I need to install the headlights into the car. Heading to the shop at work today to install them I hope. We just got more snow last night.

yep I just took a few fast shots as we got home tonight. Man even with them being out of adjustment, they still are way brighter then stock or silverstars.

hey man. If you get the H1 HID kit its just a plug and play set up. I can take some pix of where I mounted the ballest. Its harder to get the porjectors in the car then it is to hook up the HID kit. and with the projector headlights you can keep your day time running lights. Since the High and low beams are not in one bulb.

thats great that you eliminated the 3 side leds, cause i always thought that made them look like cheap APC replacements, since every other car with projectors have them lol. it looks cleaner without the leds.

also, i need another HID kit for the new car, so i might have to go with them. last time i got Pilots, and they sucked.

Yeah i have Pilots 10K in my foglights. Everytime i turn them on, The passenger light starts flickering for like 6-7 Seconds. Sometimes it flickers and the one side dont even come on. I have to play with the light switch a few times just to get the passenger side HID to light. Pilot FTL! :mad:
