Cd Player Install Problems

I had a few problems when I first installed my cd player, such as no power to the HU when the car was turned off. So I took it to a professional, he re-wired all my wires and cleaned everything up inside. So I got the car back and the HU still isn't getting power when the car is off. If anyone could help me out it would be great. I am tired of resetting my time and stations everytime I drive somwhere.

I have a 98 GA/GT and a Sony XPlode CD/MP3 player.

heh... it could be because it's a sony:P but, to help you, i don't really know what's going on... it sounds like your ground isn't keeping contact, maybe?

yeah, the sony would be the first mistake and I would take it back to the "professional" and tell him what's up. if he's a good businessman he'll stand behind his work
