i already know how to take off the knob....this is not another ask how to thread. anyway i've been looking around for a replacement with a button so that way u still have to use the button to move the shifter (i rest my hand on it alot and would hate to be going 80 and throw it into reverse:lol:) anyone know any reasonably priced knobs with buttons?

I got a carbon fiber "T knob" from ZeroTekMotorsports.com I believe that is the website. I love it and it looks great. If you want to know the website if that one doesn't work, let me know and I can find it for you.

It'll cost a bit, but Momo makes one.

I know some members were looking at the shifters on the new Bonneville GXPs, chrome cladding on it though so you may not want it.

It was pretty east actually. I bought the Leather Boots from Redlinegoods.com You have to take the center console out to get to both boots. Once the center console was taking out of the car, i cut the glue tabs that were glued onto the boots what was holding them together, replaced the boots and glued them back together using a glue gun.
